This policy explains what WGO SEO collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past, so it is specific about the Google data the product touches.

What the service does

WGO SEO measures how a dental or orthodontic practice appears in Google search results. It runs Google Maps searches from points around a practice’s offices, checks organic search positions, crawls the practice’s own website, and reads publicly available information about competing practices. It then reports what it found and what appears to be causing it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your email address, and your name if you provide one.
• The practices you add: business name, website, office addresses, Google Business Profile identifiers, and any keywords you choose to track.
• Billing information, which is collected and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Information we collect for you

• Search result positions, map rankings, competitor listings, backlink counts and website crawl results, gathered from publicly available sources through our data provider.
• Basic usage records: when you signed in, when a report ran, how many reports it used.

Information from Google, only if you connect it

Connecting Google is optional. Everything except the search performance and content decay sections works without it.

What we request and why

• Google Search Console, read only (webmasters.readonly). Used to read clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position for the website you are analysing, so the report can show which pages are seen but not clicked and which are losing traffic over time.
• Google Analytics, read only (analytics.readonly). Used to read aggregate traffic figures for the same website, so search data can be set against what visitors actually did.

What we do with it

• We read only. We never create, modify, or delete anything in your Search Console or Analytics account.
• Data is used solely to generate reports shown to the account that connected it.
• We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use it to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models, whether our own or anyone else’s.
• No human at WGO Digital Media LLC reads your Google data, except where you explicitly ask us to help with a support problem, where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate a security incident.

What we store

We store an access token and a refresh token so reports can run on a schedule without asking you to sign in each time. We store the report figures produced from your data. We do not keep a copy of your raw Search Console or Analytics records beyond what appears in your reports.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect Google at any time from your account settings. Doing so revokes our tokens with Google and deletes them from our systems immediately. You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The two locked sections stop updating; everything else continues to work.

Information about other businesses

Reports include information about practices that compete with yours: their Google listing, review counts, ratings, ranking positions and publicly visible website details. All of it comes from public search results. We do not access any private account belonging to those businesses, and we do not contact them.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the product:

• DataForSEO receives the domains, keywords and business identifiers needed to gather search data. It does not receive your Google account data.
• Stripe handles payments and receives your billing details directly.
• Our hosting provider stores the application and its database.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

How long we keep it

• Account and practice details: while your account is open.
• Reports and stored runs: while your account is open, because comparing against previous runs is the point of storing them.
• Google tokens: until you disconnect, or your account closes.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.

When you close your account we delete your account data, practices, reports and tokens within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Write to accounts@whitegloveorthodontist.com and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

Children

WGO SEO is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects how we handle your information, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
