However, he has always been fascinated by both the clinical and business aspects of orthodontics. He personally initiated seven orthodontic startups in various settings, overseeing every aspect before delegating to his trusted team. He’s also consulted for practices across the country. Dr. Baharvand holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and is an active realtor in Texas. His diverse background contributes to the comprehensiveness of WGO. Having felt that orthodontists receive little value from dental consulting firms, he aims to make startup consulting programs more affordable, sharing his successful systems with others. When not seeing patients at Elate Orthodontics or improving WGO programs, he cherishes every moment with his wife, three children, and two fur babies.
